External Stall Holders
Expressions of Interest are sought from External Village Stall / Site Applicants
Please register your expressions of interest for participating in the 2021 Yarraville festival by March 19th 2021.
Successful vendors will be notified by no latter 19th March 2021 and invoiced accordingly with payment required by 23/03/2021 . Allocation of site map and stall spaces will also be sent via email.
All application will be considered for these circumstances that fit within the large events gathering under the Covid Safe Guidelines for Festivals”

Payment will need to be made through the application form. Approval and confirmation of applications will be sent via email Early March. Allocation of stall spaces will also be sent via email.
Each year, the Yarraville Festival receives more applications to join the festival, and as a result, may not be able to fit everyone in the same place as previous years. Please take note that we do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs, and please respect that allocations made by the festival committee are final.
ALL Vendor applications must have the following compliance documents in place prior to and during the event:
1. CovidSafe Plan- For all vendors which can be found at:

Street Traders Application
FOOD & BEVERAGE vendors (additional documentation)
2. Food and Beverage suppliers must have a Food Safety Plan
3. Mobile Food Vans and Food Stall Holders have to complete Food Permit

Food Vendors (Hospitality):
At least one member of staff must have completed a Hospitality and Tourism COVID-19 Hygiene Training- And be able to produce the certificate- Hygiene Training
Also beware External Food Vendors not registered as business within Maribyrnong City Council will incur a further $150 fee for Food safety check (Environmental Health officer) imposed by Maribyrnong City Council
Lastly, please make sure you have your public liability insurance certificate.
Please note you are required meet minimum standards for marquees which include:
Appropriate weighting on each marquee leg – minimum 40kg (Hire of weights will be available on the at Information Centre.
Food Vendor stalls must have 3 side panels – Left, Right & Back Panels plus appropriate sensitization and washing facilities
