External Food and Beverage Stall Holders

 

Applications for the 2020 Yarraville Festival have now closed, and will reopen for 2021 in the second half of the year.

Apply with the form below! Payment will need to be made through the application form. Applications will close on Friday 6th of December, and approval and confirmation of applications will be sent via email shortly after. Allocation of stall spaces will also be sent via email.

Each year, the Yarraville Festival receives more applications to join the festival, and as a result, may not be able to fit everyone in the same place as previous years. Please take note that we do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs, and please respect that allocations made by the festival committee are final.

Make sure you have your public liability, and relevant food permits for outdoor service. These will need to be uploaded with your application form. Food and Beverage Stall Holders who belong to other councils (local council is Maribrynong) will need to pay the Temporary Food Premises Fee when submitting the application. This a mandatory fee from the Maribyrnong Council.

Food and Beverage outlet owners who will supply their own set up and up-to-date permits.
