Local Traders Stall Holders

Applications for the 2021 Yarraville Festival have now opened, and applicants will be informed via email by end of February if they are successful.

Apply with the form below. Payment  will need to be made through the application form. Approval and confirmation of applications will be sent via email in Mid-January. Allocation of stall spaces will also be sent via email.

Make sure you have your public liability, and relevant food and drink permits (Statement of Trade) for service. These will need to be uploaded with your application form. Food outlets will also need to comply with the Maribyrnong Council health regulations. For further information, please contact Maribyrnong Council directly.

Local traders apply to shop owners and food outlets that reside within the festival footprint, or a member of the Yarraville Traders Association.

  • Please provide the most accurate description as possible, it's in your best interest so we don't place other stall holders with similar products next to you. For any traders that are providing food, please specify what kind.
  • Due to public liability insurance regulations please inform us of any hazardous activities e.g. naked flame, deep frying oil, hot water, etc.
  • Please upload your "Certificate of Currency" for your Public Liability Insurance here.
