Local Traders Stall Holders
Expressions of Interest are sought from Local Village Traders for Festival Site Applications within the Festival Precinct footprint for 2023.
FESTIVAL PRECINCT 1:
The allocated Festival footprint has moved to utilise what is known as the “Railway Goods Yard” plus a few road closures { Woods St, Murray St, Canterbury St)
Please register your expressions of interest for participating in the 2023 Yarraville festival here. Successful applications will be notified and invoiced accordingly.
All application will be considered for these circumstances that fit within the large events gathering under the Covid Safe Guidelines for Festivals”
Local Village traders will be given priority for stalls within a balanced festival activity.

ALL Vendor applications must have the following compliance documents in place prior to and during the event:
1. CovidSafe Plan- For all vendors which can be found at:

Street Traders Application
Insurance
FOOD & BEVERAGE vendors (additional documentation)
2. Food and Beverage suppliers must have a Food Safety Plan.
3. Mobile Food Vans and Food Stall Holders have to complete Food Permit

4. At least one member of staff must have completed a Hospitality and Tourism COVID-19 Hygiene Training- And be able to produce certificate, see below
Hygiene Training
Make sure you have your public liability, and relevant food and drink permits (Statement of Trade) for service. These will need to be uploaded with your application form. Food outlets will also need to comply with the Maribyrnong Council health regulations. For further information, please contact Maribyrnong Council directly.
Local traders apply to shop owners and food outlets that reside within the festival footprint, or a member of the Yarraville Traders Association.
Please note you are required meet minimum standards for marquees which include:
Appropriate weighting on each marquee leg – minimum 40kg (Hire of weights will be available on the at Information Centre.
Food Vendor stalls must have 3 side panels – Left, Right & Back Panels plus appropriate sensitization and washing facilities
